CPRE challenges Arc Leaders to open up to the public on development plans for the Oxford-Cambridge Arc

CPRE, the countryside charity, are challenging Council Leaders, Elected Mayors and Chief Executives to commit to:

• establish a clear, democratic mandate for the position of your local authority on the Arc
• early and meaningful opportunities for consultation with stakeholders and members of the public on the way the strategy is developed at a local level
• the delivery of a robust statutory “Spatial Plan” for the Arc
