Anniversary Walk – Sunny Early Autumn Event

Celebrating the beautiful Bedfordshire countryside

This year marks 40 years of CPRE Bedfordshire, and we celebrated by doing what we love most — exploring and appreciating our beautiful countryside together.

We enjoyed a walk through some of Bedfordshire’s most scenic landscapes. Starting at Bromham Mill, we follow footpaths along parts of the Bunyan Trail and River Ouse Valley Walk. We enjoyed peaceful riverside views, open meadows, and a close up visit the Stevington windmill. There was also some delicious cakes available at the cafe which were enjoyed by some of the attendees.

The walk was well attended by some members and new supporters. It was great to have conversations with people from all walks of life and we hope to organised more similar walks in the future.  Explore the route yourself here 18211a_38fc05c4f7294dfe857c5db239edfd30.pdf
